2. Range and product information

We do our very best to describe and display each piece of art as clearly as possible. As our creations are handmade and often made from natural or recycled materials, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, finish, shape or size.

These natural variations are part of the character of the artwork and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices

All prices on the website are quoted in euros. Any delivery charges, bespoke costs or additional charges will be clearly stated before you complete your order.

For bespoke projects, a personalised quotation can be provided. This quotation is valid for the period specified in the proposal.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed as soon as you have placed it via the website and payment has been successfully completed, or as soon as you have given your written approval of a bespoke proposal.

Pimpan Artesano reserves the right to refuse an order or a bespoke commission where fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. For bespoke projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Any payment arrangements will be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Delivery and dispatch

We pack every artwork with care. Delivery will be made to the address you have provided.

Delivery times vary depending on the product. Products available for immediate delivery are usually dispatched more quickly than bespoke items. For bespoke items, the delivery time depends on the design, size, choice of materials and complexity.

Pimpan Artesano accepts no liability for delays caused by external carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Bespoke and personalised creations

Bespoke pieces are designed and crafted especially for you. Throughout this process, there is scope for artistic interpretation, the influence of natural materials and craftsmanship-based choices.

As bespoke items are made to order, they cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, unless there is a demonstrable fault.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

For standard products, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

Bespoke products, personalised works of art and items made to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

9. Check on receipt

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Is there any visible damage to the product or the packaging? If so, please contact us within 48 hours via info@pimpanarte.com.

Please include clear photographs of the product, the packaging and any damage caused in transit, so that we can assess the situation carefully.

10. Warranty and complaints

We stand by the quality of our creations. Should anything not be to your satisfaction, despite our best efforts, please do get in touch. We’ll be happy to find a suitable solution.

Damage caused by misuse, drops, moisture, heat, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

11. Liability

Pimpan Artesano accepts no liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage resulting from the incorrect use of a product.

Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question, unless otherwise provided for by law.

12. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, texts, product names, artwork, concepts and visual representations belonging to Pimpan Artesano remain the property of Pimpan Artesano, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is not permitted to copy, use or reproduce our designs, photographs or text without permission.

13. Privacy

We process personal data solely for the purposes of processing orders, bespoke requests, payments, deliveries and communications. You can find further information on this in our Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law applicable to the company behind Pimpan Artesano, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
