At Pimpan Artesano, every piece of art is crafted by hand using natural materials, distinctive shapes and artistic freedom.

As many of our creations are unique or made entirely to measure, specific terms and conditions apply regarding delivery, production and bespoke work.

On this page, you will find clear information about delivery times, dispatch, bespoke processes and important arrangements regarding unique creations.

Unique handmade creations

All Pimpan Artesano art pieces are handmade.

This enables:

  • wood textures;
  • nerves;
  • colour variations;
  • natural imperfections;
  • and finishes

differ slightly from photographs or previous creations.

It is precisely these characteristics that make each item authentic and unique.

No two works of art are exactly the same.

Delivery & dispatch

Every creation is carefully checked, protected and packed for dispatch.

Delivery information

  • Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and selected European countries.
  • Large or fragile items can be delivered in person or via specialist transport services.
  • Delivery charges will be discussed at the checkout or in advance for bespoke projects.

Delivery times

As many items are handmade or one-of-a-kind, delivery times may vary.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Collection available for immediate delivery: 2–7 working days on average.
  • Bespoke projects: depending on the design, size and complexity.

Bespoke & personalised creations

Bespoke projects are tailored entirely to the ambience, space, feel of the materials and artistic vision.

During a bespoke programme, you can:

  • sketches;
  • choice of materials;
  • dimensions;
  • and appearance

to be discussed by mutual agreement.

Important

Because bespoke solutions are developed specifically for the customer:

  • designs may evolve artistically over time;
  • the natural effects of the materials remain visible;
  • and these minor variations are part of the traditional craft process.

Artistic freedom

Pimpan Artesano always leaves room for artistic interpretation in bespoke projects.

This means that:

  • exact copies are not produced;
  • natural materials will remain the leading choice;
  • and each creation retains its own character.

This freedom is an essential part of Pimpan Artesano’s style and identity.

Payment & deposit

For bespoke projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

In many cases, the following applies:

  • production to commence following approval;
  • and receipt of the agreed deposit.

Any additional arrangements will be clearly communicated in advance.

Inspection on receipt

We recommend that you check deliveries as soon as you receive them.

Should any unexpected damage occur during transport, please contact us within 48 hours via:

info@pimpanarte.com

If possible, please include the following:

  • clear photographs;
  • packaging;
  • and any damage caused during transport.
