General

At Pimpan Artesano, many art objects are handcrafted or specially commissioned.

As each item may be unique, specific terms and conditions apply regarding returns, the right of withdrawal and bespoke orders.

Right of withdrawal for standard products

For standard products ordered via the online shop, consumers are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days from receipt of the order.

You may indicate that you wish to return the order within this period.

The product must:

  • to be unused;
  • to be undamaged;
  • to be carefully packaged;
  • and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

No returns on bespoke items

This applies, amongst other things, to:

  • personalised projects;
  • customised designs;
  • items produced to order;
  • and unique artistic creations developed especially for the customer.

Once production of a bespoke item has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or returned, unless there is a demonstrable fault.

Would you like to arrange a return? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt via:

Please state the following, if possible:

  • your name;
  • order number;
  • the product in question;
  • and the reason for the return.

Returns

Returns must be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the costs of returning goods shall be borne by the customer.

We recommend that you always send returns using a track-and-trace service.

Damaged delivery

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

Has the item been damaged in transit or is the product damaged? If so, please contact us within 48 hours via:

info@pimpanarte.com

Please include clear photos of:

  • the product;
  • the packaging;
  • and any visible damage.

Refund

Once a return has been correctly received and checked, the purchase price will be refunded within a reasonable period of time via the same payment method used to pay for the order originally.

Any reduction in value resulting from use, damage or careless repackaging for return may be deducted.

Situations where returns are not permitted

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • the product has been damaged as a result of misuse;
  • the product has been visibly used or modified;
  • as regards bespoke work;
  • or if the product is returned without adequate protection.
