Terms of Payment
1. General
These terms of payment apply to all orders, bookings and bespoke projects placed with Pimpan Artesano.
By placing an order or accepting a bespoke proposal, you agree to the payment terms set out below.
2. Payment methods
Payments via the online shop are processed using secure payment methods, which are offered at the checkout.
Depending on your location or order, the following payment methods, amongst others, may be available:
- iDEAL
- Credit card
- Bancontact
- PayPal
- SEPA bank transfer
3. Payment for online shop orders
Orders placed via the online shop are processed once payment has been successfully received.
Pimpan Artesano reserves the right to temporarily hold or cancel an order if a payment cannot be processed successfully.
4. Deposit for bespoke orders
For bespoke projects or personalised creations, a deposit may be required before work begins.
The amount of the deposit is clearly communicated in advance and depends on:
- the scale of the project;
- the choice of materials;
- the complexity of the design;
- and the expected production time.
A bespoke project will only commence once the agreed deposit has been received.
5. Final payment
The outstanding amount must be paid before the artwork is dispatched, delivered or handed over, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once full payment has been received, the artwork will be carefully prepared for delivery or dispatch.
6. Obligation to pay
By agreeing to an order or a bespoke proposal, you enter into a payment obligation.
In the case of bespoke projects, any hours already worked, materials purchased and preparations carried out remain payable if a project is cancelled before completion.
7. Unpaid orders
If a payment is not received on time, Pimpan Artesano reserves the right to:
- to temporarily suspend the order;
- to postpone the production of bespoke items;
- or to cancel the contract.
8. Currency and price changes
All prices are shown in euros.
Pimpan Artesano reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, orders that have already been confirmed remain valid at the price agreed at the time of ordering.
9. Secure payment
We use secure payment environments to process your data and payments safely.
Pimpan Artesano does not have access to full payment details such as credit card numbers or verification codes.
